N-8010RS 是一款子站介面單元，設計用於與採用分組音訊技術的 TOA 分組對講系統（IP 網路相容對講系統）搭配使用。使用 2 芯屏蔽電纜最多可連接 16 個分站。
LAN 連接的 N-8000 系統組件（例如 N-8010RS 和 IP 對講交換器）總共最多 192 個。將本機連接到 LAN 允許分站接收尋呼呼叫並向連接到 IP 內線交換器的主站和 IP 主站發出呼叫。它可以使用附件機架安裝支架安裝在 EIA 設備機架（1U 尺寸）中，也可以使用選購的牆壁安裝支架安裝在牆壁上。
